Zero-Retention Commitment: LUSIA processes your prompt inputs entirely in volatile memory during active compilation. We never save, log, index, or store your prompts or compiled outputs on our servers or databases.
1. Information We Collect
To provide account management and billing, we collect minimal personal data:
- Account Details: Email address, name, or phone number supplied during authentication.
- Billing Information: Payment identifiers, order IDs, and payment statuses provided by our payment processor (Razorpay). We never handle or store raw credit/debit card numbers.
- Usage Metrics: Aggregate counts of optimizations completed per billing cycle and token count metrics. We do not store prompt text in usage records.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used solely to authenticate your account, enforce free/paid tier limits, deliver receipt invoices, and prevent service abuse.
3. Compliance with India DPDP Act
LUSIA complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India. Users retain the right to access their account details, request data correction, or request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted enterprise infrastructure providers:
- Firebase Authentication (Google LLC): Identity and session management.
- Razorpay: Encrypted payment processing in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
5. Data Security
All data transmitted between your browser and LUSIA is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption.
