1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LUSIA (aiqpushlusia.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LUSIA provides an automated prompt compilation service that refines and structures user-supplied instructions for third-party AI model targets. LUSIA acts as a prompt processing tool and does not guarantee specific external API performance from third-party model providers.

3. User Accounts and Fair Usage

Users are granted 6 free compilation passes every 24 hours. Creating automated scripts, bots, or multiple accounts to artificially exceed free limits is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans (₹199 / month or ₹369 / 3 months) provide unlimited prompt compilations during the active subscription period. Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (including Razorpay). Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Content

You agree not to submit prompts that violate applicable laws, promote harassment, generate malware, or infringe intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend access to users violating these standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

LUSIA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LUSIA and its creator (Arhan Jain) are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
